Super Earth
Scientists have discovered Super Earth like Earth but weighing three times more than that. It is 36 light years away from the earth. It is circling around its star (Red Dwarf Star). It travels around its star in 2.4 days. Whereas, it takes 365 days for the earth to take a round around its star, that is, the sun.
Post-doctoral researcher Borja Toledo Padron of the Institut de Astrophysica de Caranias (IAC) said that the name of this super meaning is GJ740. But it is very hot. Its temperature is about 2000 degrees lower than the temperature of our sun. Borja said that you can see it with a large telescope. This discovery of Borja has also been published in the journal Astronomy and Astrophysics.

Borja says that for the first time any such super meaning has been found which makes a round of its sun in the shortest time. Apart from this, another planet was discovered a few days ago, which makes one round of its sun in 9 years. This is the longest time for a planet to make a complete orbit of its star. The weight of this planet is 100 times more than the weight of the Earth.
The Kepler Mission has so far discovered 156 new planets. Most of them are circling around the cold stars. That means their sun has cooled down. Radial velocity technology has been used to find the GJ740 Super Earth. In this technology, the gravitational force is examined in a spectroscopic manner. This shows the size and weight of the planet.
Radial velocity technology was first used in 1998. Through this technology, 116 exoplanets have been discovered so far. Since this technology is very complex, so scientists are hesitant to find any planet from it. But it is so accurate that through this you can remove the weight of any planet. The problem comes only in mapping because every planet has a magnetic field, which creates a hurdle in this technology.
